5-a-side football is an exciting adaptation of the world game. It emphasises the importance of teamwork with running, passing and ball skills to provide a high energy, fast moving game play. Soft or low-bounce soccer balls are used to maximise skill level whilst minimising the risk of injury. Get ready to play one of the most popular sports in the world with your team!

Football Basics:

• 5 aside, one of which is goalkeeper
• 5 substitute players allowed (unlimited subs)
• Mixed teams must have at least 2 females on the court
• Successful shots at goal by females are awarded 2 goals
• Players are not allowed in Goalkeeper’s area

Cancellation Policy: To enable us to maintain our payment structure, all teams must play all of their scheduled games. If a team cancels or defaults any game, they will incur a cancellation fee that must be paid prior to their next scheduled game.
Preferred Days: Each team will play their preferred playing day. All teams will have 1 scheduled game to be played on a Sunday afternoon/evening per season during each competition and all teams are expected to play all scheduled games.
Grand Finals: Grand Finals are all played on a Sunday to create a great atmosphere
